About
Cold Plunge & Sauna
This gym offers a traditional sauna that gym members note reaches effective temperatures around 190°F, providing a hot heat therapy experience. The steam room, however, is frequently reported as broken and is often described as dirty when operational. The hot tub is sometimes observed to have a greenish discoloration. There is no mention of a dedicated cold plunge pool for contrast therapy.
Additional Amenities
The facility includes a swimming pool and a basketball court, both of which see frequent use. The gym provides a decent variety of equipment, including kettlebells up to 70lb, a hex bar, TRX straps, and two sled pushes. Members note the availability of personal training services. The venue also features locker rooms with showers.
Staff
Feedback on staff is mixed. Several personal trainers, including Wendy, Rakim (Rocky), and Erika, receive specific praise for being friendly, observant, and effective. Manager David is highlighted by some members as being extremely helpful, professional, and on top of gym operations. Conversely, other experiences, particularly with manager Eloise, are cited as examples of poor customer service and unhelpful attitudes.
Atmosphere
& Maintenance The overall maintenance and cleanliness are consistent points of criticism. Gym members report that the swimming pool is often dirty with filthy sides, and the locker rooms can smell, have broken faucets, and perpetually wet floors. Equipment upholstery is sometimes cracked, and flooring in the free weight area is damaged. The gym is no longer open 24 hours, and on weekends, some individuals are reported sleeping in the locker rooms. Despite these issues, some members feel newer management has made improvements and appreciate the affordable pricing for a functional workout.
