The property contends with persistent pest infestations of cockroaches and mice, as well as issues with clogged trash chutes leading to trash pileups and odors. Maintenance problems are widespread, including flooding, black mold growth, drafty doors, a malfunctioning HVAC system, and frequent elevator breakdowns.
